Hello. We were hoping to book our 4 night safari in Kruger at Elephant Plains, but unfortunately it is booked! Any recommendations for other lodges with similar value and service. From other posts and talking with travelers it seems Elephant Plains is the best option for all the above. Thanks!
Elephant Plains booked! Suggestions for lodges w similar value and service?

You could try Arathusa Safari Lodge, who share traversing rights with Elephant Plains. I stayed there 3 years ago and cant recommend them highly enough.
I vote for Arathusa as well. Same area, and almost same traversing rights (a bit more actually; they can drive on the plots of Nkorho and Cheetah Plains, and on some more plots that have no lodges on them). But of course price is a bit higher also.
www.elegantplaces.co.za/south-africa/safari/mohlabetsi-safari-lodge. We go there every July - saw leopard kill last July. Magnificent.
www.naledi.biz - has two lodges, one on the river and one on the "plains". Highly recommendable!
