GAPYEAR: Volunteer in Ghana, Nepal, India, Uganda or Vietnam!!

Footprints of Hope Volunteers was founded via Love Kids Orphanage Foundation in April 2010. As the needs expanded for the many orphans across the Ghanaian districts, founder and director Francis Adu sought out to build up an extensive volunteering organization to facilitate the many orphanages worldwide. Our vision is to help the needy where there is no hope and to give back to communities who are in desperate need. In our projects, you will find love and this is our motto:

"One smile can change lives"

We believe one smile, one hug; one moment of laughter can change lives. This is at the core of our organisation and we long to see the volunteers equally changed. Each volunteer who has joined us will join in with hands of love with others around the globe as each orphan, widow and sick person becomes healed by these small acts of love. Not only do we have some amazing projects you can become involved in, the benefits of volunteering with us are substantial. The fees we charge you are very affordable and 50% of the participants' fee goes towards the project. Most importantly, the chosen project you will be volunteering at will be a place very needy of your time, love and effort. These projects are places where they are in need and desperately require your love and time and you will be genuinely impacting the lives of these people.

We pride ourselves on looking after our volunteers, on easing you into the culture, helping you with visa applications and flights and even guiding you to the best sites to visit. As founder and president of Footprints of Hope; I am able and more than happy to give you cultural advice and tips on how to ease into the culture of your chosen project. Co-founder Charlotte Atkins has vast international experience in China, India and Ghana and with this we are more than able to advise you and guide you into an experience you will always cherish.
