Habibitours in Cairo?

A coworker and I are traveling to Cairo in about 3 weeks, what should we exactly expect from the tour company? We have booked with habibitours and have only paid a deposit... I have sent them our flight information, and assume the full itinerary will be given to us upon arrival. Does anyone have any experiences with them?
