Livestock markets at Tozeur or Douz, Tunisia

We are wanting to visit a livestock market during our stay in Tunisia. I have read that there is a Sunday market in Tozeur and a Thursday market in Douz.

Can anyone give me any information about either of these markets. Which is the better to visit?
