I am wanting to travel to Lebanon this fall (from the United States) and have been looking at different tours and tour companies. Some of the names I know like Globus, Trafalgar, Insight, Cosmos, do not travel to Lebanon. Does anyone have a recommendation of a good travel company that does full tours? (Hotel, meals, guided tours around the country?) I do not mind if it a group tour. Any recommendations would be very helpful. Thank you!

You really don't need a group tour for Lebanon. It's a small country - you can base in Beirut and take day trips. I used http://www.nakhal.com.lb/ - see http://www.fodors.com/community/africa-the-middle-east/my-mixed-bag-month-in-the-middle-east.cfm for my TR.
There is also Caravan -Serai, a highly regarded agency that has small group tours or will customize them for you.
Look and see what Adventure Center offers. They handle tours for several companies and some of them go to Lebanon.
Here's the link to Adventure Center:

Lebanon is easy to travel in, just base yourself in Beirut and you can make days trips to the sights since the country is so small. When I visited days tours various sights operated on different days of the week and not daily. Just be sure to plan accordingly so you miss a sight youd like to visit. Check the day tour schedules and organize your itinerary before you book anything.
Thank you all for your help!
