looking for a secluded beach in Mauritius for sunset

hi, there. i could use some advice--my girlfriend and i are spending a week in mauritius, and i'm planning on proposing to her.

i'd really like to do this on a beach around sunset time, and i'm hopeful that there wouldn't be too many people around. From what i read, all of the beaches, especially those on the west coast are quite popular.

anyway, i might look into other options, like a short hike to see sunrise from a hilltop or in another secluded spot.

any advice?

p.s. the concierge at my hotel offered a private dinner--the "cheap option" at 800 euros (yes, euros!) and the luxury option at 3,300 euros. sure, we're going to get married, but let's get real!
