Mali and yellow fever jab

A friend of mine is flying to Mali tomorrow from London via Casablanca and has only just remembered to have her yellow fever jab.

Incubation is 10 days and she is concerned that she won't be allowed in to the country as her certificate may be seen as invalid. Does anyone have any experience of this?
