We´re a family with two infants considering a trip to Mauritius in June. What is the safety situation like there for travelers? Is it possible to feel safe with two infants? Are there any particular areas that should be avoided? Thanks,

Mauritius is a very safe place in general so I wouldn't be worried. As long as you use the same precautions that you would at home you'll be fine.
Will you be staying at a hotel or finding your own accommodation? Around the hotels security is good as you can imagine but if you are going to tour about (which I strongly recommend) just ask one of the staff for suggestions on where to go (and not go).
