We have started to plan a trip to morocco for april/may, but my husband is very allergic to cilantro and coriander. I read that cilantro is used a lot in moroccan food.
is this true?
Wld it be difficult to make sure that there is no cilantro or coriander in what he eats?
We are wondering whether to change our plans and not go to morocco.
Spices in moroccan food--very allergic to cilantro/coriander

Coriander is probably the most widely used herb used in Moroccan cooking. It will be possible to avoid it but will limit your culinary choice.
