Travelling solo in Lebanon

Im a Malaysian citizen who r interested to travel to Lebanon this coming 27/10/12 until 31/10/12.
Since I'm going solo I'm looking for a safe budget hotel at beirut.
And how much is renting car in lebanon?
Roughly here r my plan:
day 1
-reached Beirut at 1639h. checking in and visit downtown and sursock Museum.

day 2
-catch a bus to Jeita Groto (normally how long it will take to complete the track)
-in the afternoon planning to visit Baalbek Ruins and anything near by (is there a public transport to Baalbek from Jeita?
-come back to beirut or should i stay i Baalbek?

Day 3
-plan to visit Citadel of raymond de saint gilles and souq an nahhasin.
-the rest of the day i have no plan yet.

Day 4
-to saidon district
-planning to visit debbane palace, castel of st.louis, bab al-saray mosque, sea castle, khan al-farj and great oman mosque,

Day 5
-checking out
-stay in beirut and visit national museum and beitidine palace.
-have lunch and heading to airport. my flight is at 1615

how much do you think all these trip will cost? and they used USD or LL??
