wanting to visit kuwait, bahrain,doha, abu dhabi, dubai and muscat

what is the least expensive ( safest) way to get from one to the other ?
im flying in from south of france ( nice) and flying home to nyc...so i dont want to zig zag.
i know i have to fly from
kuwait to bahrain, to doha... but then what ? any info on any of these locations relating to transporation would be greatly appreciated...
