The web is crowded with agencies that book air travel or that survey other agencies on one page. Try Kayak, Orbitz, Cheapoair, Hipmunk, Expedia, Travelocity, Vayama or plenty of others. The one trick is to use the "multiple destinations" function that searches for flights into one city and out of another (nicknamed "open jaws".) Fare quotes will vary and you can always go direct to the airline's own websites to see if they are cheaper than an agency which needs to include fees.
If your cruise company doesn't book flights for you, then try either the AA or various LAN websites. The two airlines are partners.
AA has an extensive presence in SA.
A few years ago, I flew AA from SFO-EZE (Buenos Aires) and LAN back to the states through Chile.
