There are conflicting reviews for this aircraft. Some say 39A&B, only 2 in that row, are good while others say avoid them and go for exit row 26. Anyone any experience to share? This is quite a long flight so would like to get our choice right.
Many thanks.

Go to seat guru and seat expert to check out the seats.
Because this is so long a flight, pay the fee to select the seats you want, otherwise you will not be able to do so until 24 hours before the flight.
If your flight is not for a few months, you should check regularly to see if the plane has been changed to a 777-300. I have a booking in July that has changed from a 777-200 to a 747 and now to a 777-300.
I forgot to mention, IMO, you do not want to be in 39 A/B for two reasons.
1. These seats have limited recline because they are in front of an exit door. This will make sleeping on that long flight all the more difficult.
2, Because they are the last seats in the plane and near the galleys, lavatories, and other areas where people congregate, they are exposed to being bumped and leaned upon, as well as loud conversations which will penetrate all but the best noise cancelling earphones
