What I am reading today maybe overblown or not as to violence by the closing of the US Embassey's in Jakarta, Bali, Surbayana, Medan and a few Consoletes. Is it accurate ? Also have these demonstrations and or violance spreard to the Suliwisi region and Ambon, Sorong?
Are Anti-American Demonstrations affecting travel to Bali, Yogjakarta.

The US closed its embassies in several cities in Indonesia as a precaution. The protests have not affected travel. Bali, of course, is Hindu, not Muslim, so I have read of no protests there.
I simply did a search on the International Herald Tribune website for news about anti-American protests in Indonesia.
As Kathie notes, the State Department chose to close the US Embassy and Consulates in Indonesia on Friday (Islamic prayer day) as a proactive measure. There had been demonstrations in Jakarta earlier in the week, but they were low level and pretty much business as usual for the Embassy.
There have not been protests in Bali or Eastern Indonesia and I don't anticipate that there will be.
There are no US Consulates in Yogya or Solo. Central Java does tend toward religious conservatism with a smattering of extremism so you do occasionally get outbursts, but not to the level that would affect travel.
Although I am not going to Bali and Java until next August, these protests have not affected my plans. In fact, I just snagged award tix on CX to DPS Aug. 16, 2013. I plan to depart from Jakarta.
