Eastern Qing Tombs and Jinshanling in one day?

Would it be possible to do the Eastern Qing Tombs and Jinshanling in one day? I wouldn't be averse to hiring a car and driver for the day. And if it's feasible does anyone have any estimates about how much such a venture would cost? Thank you!
