We are planning a trip to Japan to go in October. More to follow about the trip but we will be there for 3 weeks. We are also going to go to Seoul for 1 week to visit a friend that will be moving there this summer. Please tell us what airlines fly between Japan and Seoul. We will probably fly out of Fukuoka, but not sure yet. Thanks!

You didn't ask for ferry advice but ... we took the ferry from Fukuoka to Busan. Very easy and less than 3 hours. Mind you you would then have to take the train to Seoul. Just a longshot idea.
ANA, Asiana, Japan Airlines, Korean Airlines would all have nonstops to Seoul Inchon airport (ICN). You could also look for flights to Seoul Gimpo (GMP) airport.
There is also LCC Peach Airlines.
It's just over an hour flight time FUK-ICN. Just take the cheapest or best schedule. I see 3 flights on OZ and 4 flights on KE each day. NH and JL code-share on those respectively.
