Thanks for the link, Hanuman. We too enjoyed our meal at Gaggan, once we got there...
I could taste some of those dishes...we had them. Can't wait to go back. Very nicely done, thanks for sharing.
Thanks for posting this, Pook. I have e-mailed the link to Jeane.
yum.
a "Pook Classic" for sure. we loved our evening there with you and Mony. he is such an engaging and inventive man, full of life, ensuring that any meal at Gaggan is a life experience.
While there are perhaps a few similar restaurants in the world, none can possibly measure up to Gaggan or to its genius chef/owner.
as patron #1, we salute you for introducing us to such a delicious and interesting experience.
Karen and I hope to be able to schedule another dinner there in November with you, and nicky and david.
Yep can't WAIT to go in November, in my top 3 restuarants of all time.....
name the other two??
quatre saisons??
Yep Le Manoir in Oxford... Simply to die for and I would have to think about number 3,:.. Gaggan would be number 2 normally I remember the experience and company first and then the food but as you know Gaggan is fabulous and we all love Pook for sharing that wonderful place with us.
lets face it, we all just love pook!!!
Hey, speak for yourself. I don't love Pook.

I just adore him.
and his charming daughter as well. haven't met Mrs hanuman yet, but I'm sure she has the same charm as the rest of her family!
Thanks Pook for introducing all of us to Gaggan.
dang (mrs) is fab too...
Thanks for all the nice complements! Glad you all enjoyed Gaggan and I'll be going back there this weekend with kuranosuke san.
Hope the meal this weekend was as good as usual. We loved our meal there with you and intend to be back soon. Of course the company of you and your family make it an extra special time.
Mary we are going tonight. When will you be back?
Not sure exactly as I need to go back to South Korea in June. Depends on how long I'm there but most likely the month so may come via Bkk then or a separate trip July or August. Both if I can work it!
Enjoy tonight as I'm sure you will.
