They can arrange boat trips when they get to their beach destinations. Easy to arrange and much cheaper than booking on the internet. They can also arrange a private driver through their hotels. There is a recent thread here on restaurants:

You might suggest that your friend post here and ask questions, as then they can tell us exactly what they are looking for.
Generally, I recommend that people NOT try to visit both Phuket and Koh Samui on a honeymoon. Part of the purpose of visiting a beach destination is to relax and settle in somewhere. Also, many times of the year, when the weather is good on one side of the country, it's monsoons on the other side. So when they are going is also important.

Four destinations in 13 nights is tooooo many, in my opinion. Too much travelling around from place to place.
