Dear All,
Recently I posted an incident happen to us after renting a car from Mal Key in Sri Lanka. It was the worst experience I had ever as they never gave our refundable deposit stating that there were scratch marks and damages to car which were already there when we rented out. Although they were marked incorrectly and since they took so long to deliver the car even after we had paid while we were in UK, we did not check fully as we were in a rush.
Let me keep this simple as NEVER EVER GO TO MAL KEY TO RENT A CAR as they will treat you badly as you can never think off. This is what my friend Ravi mentioned that similar thing has happened to him last year but bugger never told anyone.
Thanks
Shanthi

Dear All,
I must tell inform that the management of Mal Kay has come forward and resolved this matter. They have apologized and refunded the full amount.
I am sure they will take necessary steps to avoid happening this kind of things in future for their customers.
Thank you
Shanthi
why did you come here for the first time to complain, and then come back to retract, Shanthi?
is this a bizarre form of negative/positive advertising?
very weird.
I appreciate it when someone comes here to complain but then comes back to tell us how it all worked out. It's so rare that we get any follow-up!
mmm - you are less cynical than I, Kathie.
I still think that it's a cock-eyed form of advertising.
if not, perhaps the OP will come back and tell us something else about his/her trip.
