I will be in Singapore for 3.5 weeks in September and October. I do have to work Mon/Tue and Fri/Sat, but I have all other days off. I am very interested in booking some kind of short cruise to cross the Equator while there. My searches have not yielded anything. Any suggestions?

There are some cruises through the Indonesian Islands. These are small ships, not large cruise ships. They usually stop at a number of islands, including Komodo. I think they tend to run 7-10 days. Are you looking for just a few days?
There are also larger cruise ships that sail in this area. See www.singaporecruise.com for instance.
