Want tips for China visit

We 3 are planning a trip to China. The itinerary is as follows.
Flying by Air asia flight from Kuala Lumpur to Tianjin, reaching at 2.30 pm on 5.11.11.
Flying back to Kuala Lumpur from Shenzhen on 16.11.11 at 21.40 flight.
So from 5th to 16th Nov.2011, we wish to see Beijing, great wall, forbidden city, spend at least 2 days in Shanghai, 1days in Hongkong and 1 day in Macau. We would look for cheaper travel options and cheapest but clean hotels/hostels.
Please help us in forming itinerary and suggest hotels/hostel, train or air travel options, whatever you could suggest us.
