We'll be traveling to Guam for 2-week vacation early December. Specifically, we're interested in sun, beach and plenty of golf. Any information on the island, restaurants, vacation rentals, culture and golf in the area would be extremely helpful and much appreciated. Cheers, and safe travels. J.

Hi JudyT,
I currently live in Guam and have for over 3 years. My parents just visited at the end of December and the weather was pretty good. A few rain showers, but that's pretty normal for here. You should really think about taking a side trip to Palau or one of the other islands in the area. They have some wonderful deals going on right now. Lots of good restaurants here in Guam if you know where to look. You must go to Chamorro Village for a Wednesday night fiesta. Are you planning on staying in Tumon? Please feel free to email me anytime.
