Diving holiday in Chuuk (Truk)

Has anyone been on a diving holiday at Truk lagoon lately? We have 4 divers and one 2 year old and are looking for the best resort to dive from and also to entertain the person who stays back to mind the 2 year old! Don't know whether to go with Blue lagoon resort or the recently updated Truk Stop Hotel. Any advice greatly appreciated. Thank you.
