Hilton Bora Bora or Pearl Resort

Going to Moorea and Bora Bora....

Staying in a Garden/Pool Bungalow suite in Moorea at the Hilton and need to decide where to stay in Bora Bora...I'm looking at the Over the Water Bungalows at either the Hilton Bora Bora or the Pearl Resort...

Can someone give me some insight into each of these properties?

Also both resorts on Bora Bora have a package that includes dinner...are we better off eating outside of the resorts or is it a pain to get to the mainland?
