What are the things I must see while on my trip to Palau? What hotels are good to stay at? What restaurants have the best food?
Are there other islands I need to see? How do you get there?
Thanks for any info.

Josh,
I was in Palau as a visitor about a year ago and REALLY enjoyed myself! How to get there....I believe the only way to get there is via Continental Airlines. It will be a very long flight if you're flying from the US. You will have to go through Guam. Guam is a 7.5 hour flight from Hawaii; to give you an idea of how far it is out there....As for accomodations, it depends on the money you want to/can spend. We stayed at the
Palau Marina hotel and only slightly recommend it. BUT, I hope you do plan on diving there; that is the main attraction. If you dive, do it with Fish-n-Fins. You will be absolutely amazed at the quality of the dives! We didn't visit any other islands, but should have. Some of the other Palauan islands still have WWII remnants laying around to view. We dove on a newly discovered Japanese gun ship that still had ammo on the deck. I also recommend stopping for a day or two in Yap (located between Guam and Palau). They have guaranteed manta dives there and it's a real throw back in time. Check out this site for more info: http://visit-palau.com
