Queenstown & sourrounding tours

We plan on staying for 4 nights in Queenstown in April and plan on the Milford Sound tour, Mt Cook tour , Sky gondola and luge. Any suggestions for other activities excluding kayaking, bunge jumping, golfing, etc. We like to see sights and visit at least one or two vineyards.
