I would like to go to Australia and work there as a manager.
What do you think how much they could earn there ?
Is it worth to go there ?

A manager of what? In what kind of industry? In senior management or otherwise? Where are you from? There's no straight answer to your question.
It's quite hard to migrate to Australia if you plan to take up middle to higher-paid jobs or if you are older, not so hard for young people who fall under the working holiday scheme, working in pubs or other low-paid jobs and they stay for 2 yrs. At the moment there are a lot of Irish young people in Australia, probably because the Irish economy is beset with problems at the moment and our economy is comparatively strong, and they speak good English.
If you are curious about rates of pay, www.seek.com.au has ads you can search for something matching your skills, to learn what it's worth here in Australia. And then you can start finding out what it takes to emigrate.
