Samoa Blue

Dear Samoan Traveler,
Just a quick warning to stay anywhere but at the Samoan Outrigger Hotel in Apia, W. Samoa. Claus Hermansen, the manager, is a thoughtless, irresponsible individual who managed to cost me US$1000 dollars to replace plane tickets after he left the hotel with my documents in the safe. He has pledged only to repay about half that, but more, has never accepted full responsibility for his error. He even had the audacity to blame as many as four different parties for his mistake, even me.
PLEASE, stay anywhere but there in Apia.
Samoa is a wonderful place and it was greatly unfortunate to have such an inauspicious ending to a delightful visit.
