Manitoba Park closest to Hwy 1

My DH and I are driving across Canada in August and would like to stay at a Manitoba Parks site that has a cabin for one nite. (Was originally hoping to stay in a Yurt! but its a 2 nite min for them.)

I've checked the Manitoba Parks website and it has lots of content, but if one is not familiar with MB, it's hard to tell where which parks are where.

Ideally we'd like to stay closest to Winnipeg, but anywhere near Hwy 1 would be fine too.
