Riding Mountain/Clear Lake MB

Didn't put my post in right area.

Staying at Elkhorn they say to reserve at their restaurant. Is there anywhere else half decent to eat too or should I make sure I book it? Probably will for the first night anyhow.

Sounds like there is a lot to see and do. Any musts? We have 4 days.
