I would like to travel from Vancouver to Port Angeles the fastest method possible...other than flying. Would it be to travel by ferry from Vancouver to Victoria and from Victoria to P.A.? Or by bus? If ferry, how would I get from the arrival port in Victoria to the departure port (Swartz Bay) for Port Angeles? This will be without a car, traveling the end of September....will be picking up a car rental in P.A.
Thank you.
What's the fastest way from Vancouver to Port Angeles?

Bus from Vancouver to Victoria bus station, Coho ferry from Inner Harbour to PA. Looks like about a 7+ hour trip if everything goes well. Schedules here (bus not available for September yet.)

If you get the Pacific Coach bus from Vancouver and stay on it to the downtown station the Coho ferry dock is just a few blocks from there. Be sure to check the Coho schedule as it changes for a couple of days in late September. So depending on your date of travel the ferry leaves at either 3 pm or4 pm.
