We'll be coming over to St. Kitts from Nevis to catch a flight and will have our luggage with us. We were considering coming early, storing the luggage at the Ferry Terminal and walking about. Is there a Left Luggage or are there lockers at the Basseterre Ferry Terminal to do this? Thanks!

There are NO "left Luggage" facilities or storage lockers anywhere near the ferry terminal in Basseterre. Your best bet is to go to the airport and check in your bags for the flight then do whatever "touring you want but you may not be able to do that "too early" as the ticket counter may not be open (it depends on which airline).
Your only other viable option is to hire a taxi to take you around in which case you'll be able to leave your luggage in the taxi while you tour. Otherwise you'll just have to schlep your luggage around with you.
