Has anyone ever stayed in these condos on Nevis? Just curious about them - they look nice, but since they are relatively new I haven't found a ton of feedback.

These are actually The Condos at Nelson Springs (www.nevisoceanfront.com) - FYI, they are marketed as "rental condos" under a few different names.
They were built about 3 or 4 years ago. The photos and descriptions you'll find on the website are very accurate. They are all privately owned so the interior decor of the various units reflects the individual tastes of the owner. They are all very nicely appointed and "upscale". The beach front units are just that "beachfront" and only about 75 ' from the water's edge. The beach access/beach view units are situated a bit further back from the water (say between 100' and 200' from the water). There's a restaurant (Yachtsman's Grill) and a spa on the property. Indian Summer restaurant is across the street.
