Depends on what you are looking for. Each resort has their followers and people who don't like them.
Go to the Negril forum on Trip Advisor and read. There are many, many Sandals vs Couples threads. Maybe that will give you an idea of which one you would like to try.
Agreeing with the post above, the Trip Advisor Negril forum is very active and helpful.
