We are getting married on Feb 14th next year and are planning for a Caribbean honeymoon in the last week of Feb. There are so many islands and resorts to choose from, that we are completely baffled. Any kind of help would be highly appreciated!
About the resort, we are more inclined to All-Inclusive ones, mainly because we are looking for complete relaxation without having to go outside every time. We both are foodies, so the quality and options do matter. We are looking for someplace secluded and with amazing views. We are planning for 6 nights, so if the resort is AI, there should be enough to enjoy all those days and nights.
About the island, we are not looking for "just" great beaches but an overall nice island experience. That doesn't mean that we are planning for too much of activities outside the resort, but if we ever feel to go outside, there should be some options. Probably we would be too lazy to go anywhere but it would be nice to have some options. We would be mainly going out for town shopping or to visit some scenic sites or tours.
Our budget is 4,000 excluding flights, but we are not really strict about it.
