Comparing deals for Dominican Republic, opinions?

Hello everyone, I have finally decided that I am going to the DR Punta Cana for a vacation. The least expensive deal I got from the travel agencies is a 1350 euro per person leaving from Bulgaria, Europe and spending 3 nights in Madrid, Spain on the way to the DR. Everything is included in that price. HOWEVER, It came to my attention when looking at this resort and comparing it to the others on my list (which bump up the price to 1500 euro per person) that this resort offers all inclusive, but only until 12 at night.

My question, has anyone been there and how is it? Is the beach there beautiful or is it not that amazing? Is it worth saving 200 euro per person for this strange all inclusive until 12 ? 1 more thing, the other offers that I have are roughly 200 euro more per person, and most of them are 5 star, this one is 4 star. I was trying to find the best price but will I make a mistake if i cheap out?
