Day Trip or Overnight Trip

I'm a female solo traveler going to St. Maarten in May. Should I make Saba a day trip or an overnight trip? I'll be spending 1 night on St. Barths and 2 nights on Anguilla. Also, I'll be spending some time on St. Maarten and St. Martin.

Which island's stores/shops are closed on a Sunday? I'm trying to determine which island is best to spend a Sunday on.

I've booked rooms in St. Maarten, St. Martin, and Anguilla so far.
