Duty Free St Martin

AVOID World of Electronics

I was caught out by World of Electronics in St Maarten.

This shop cheats and is to be avoided.

There are plenty of reputable duty free shops but goods sold by World of Electronics are not what they claim to be.

In December I bought what was described as an Apple iPhone 4S and this was also written on the receipt. I was even given an Apple 4S box! When I got back to UK my local Apple store confirmed that my phone was not an Apple 4S.

World of Electronics do not respond to emails and do not answer the phone. They are being investigated by my credit card company for supplying false goods.

So please beware and shop elsewhere. It is not worth the risk.

Do not shop at World of Electonics. They are dishonest and cheat and falsely describe the goods they sell.

Please pass this information to warn as many people as you can.
