We are planning a trip to the Caribbean over Thanksgiving week.
1. We are fist timers, have never been to the Caribbean, closest was Key West.
2. Have never been down there especially in November. What is the weather like? I know, Caibbean weather. What I mean is will the beaches be packed, no one there, or somewhere in betweeen.
3. Need a good suggestion for an all inclusive resort. Plans are Sun, sand, and drinks. Some snorkeling, maybe watercraft to rent etc.. Casino is notr important. We are in our mid 40s and would like an adults only resort. Not talking about a Hedo week.
4. Budget is $3k to $3500

Most of the AI resorts will be in Mexico, Jamaica and the Dominican Republic.
Any holiday will be crowded and the cost automatically goes up. If you can go either the first or second week of November, prices and crowds will be lower.
Adult only resorts cost more than family resorts.
I've never had issues with the weather. Warm, but not hot and as humid as the summer months. I find that the pools in Mexico are too cool to swim in that time of year for me. The ocean temps are fine.
We are going to Barbados this year the first week of November and staying at the Mango Bay AI. (not adult's only, but small and not really child friendly) I'm fining Barbados to be very expensive and not offer as much with regards to AI than I have found in Mexico or Jamaica.

Out of the islands that you selected, Antigua is going to fit the bill the best for you. We have been there a couple of times. The island never seems crowded and the locals are very friendly. There are a lot of AI's there. I would encourage you to get out of the resort though and do a little shopping or have a driver take you on a tour of the island. It really is beautiful and if you are taking the time to fly the extra distance, you might want to consider spending at least a day enjoying the Caribbean for more than just the sun.
