Help with a destination for 32nd Bday for a single male!!!!!

I will be traveling from Atlanta and there maybe a layover in Miami. My budget for the trip will be $5000 for the whole trip. I am looking to do a large island experience with great food, beaches, dance clubs, and day time boat trips. To be honest with you the only trips I have taken have been in the United States for example Las Vegas , New York, and Miami. Its time for me to venture out and see something new.
