Montserrat - Human resources needed!!

I was wondering if anyone would take the time to answer a few questions about any experiences they may have had of Montserrat before or after the volcano in 1995, or better even both. I would be very grateful for this information as I am doing a research project on Montserrat.

Some points I would like to be answered/covered are:
1. lifestyle
2. employment
3. social activities
4. leisure
5. overall well-being
6. services (i.e. healthcare, education)
