They pretty much all have the same rates on the same size cars. All usually provide very reliable service. TDC/Thrifty and Bullseye seem to get a lot of recommendations on the various travel forums but that doesn't mean you should ignore the others.
We just returned from St. Kitts on Saturday the 22nd. I'm not so sure that I would recommend a rental car. We stayed at the Marriott and took taxis where we needed to go. We did a couple of tours where the tour company picked us up at the Marriott. There are a few restaurants and a express mart that was in walking distance to the Marriott. We found it to be more of an hassle to rent a car, get a driver's license for all drivers that would be driving the car and THEN having to learn/think about driving on the opposite side of the road. Then dealing with the traffic circles where you are going in the opposite directions than we are used to in the US.
Please let me know if you have any questions about the island if you have not been before. Thanks!
