San Juan for 1 day help us decide what to do!

We are going to be in San Juan in Feb, we get off the cruise ship at 7:00 am and back on at 3:30 pm. There are two adults a 12,, and 16 year old. We are all pretty active and enjoy the outdoors. I have read so many different things to do it is overwhelming!

The guys would love the zip lining but I hate heights! If there was an excursion that would allow me to not do that while they ziplined it would not break my heart :) I don't really want to do an excursion by myself.

The caves sound incredible too!

Then I read about snorkeling in Castillo.

Anyone have any suggestions?
