Solo Female traveler

Hi, I am interested in obtaining suggestions on AI places in the Carribean. I travel alone and appreciate nice dining with a suitable selection ( fresh local foods, especially seafoods) massages and sunbathing. I am also interested in learning how to snorkel and having free sailing available. I will be flying out of RDU (NC) and plan to stay about 10-15 days. My budget is $2300-$2500/ I am interested in rest and relaxation mainly but will have drinks as well. I am not interested in going on vacation to meet someone, this is "me" time!

ps, I do not want to be on a plane all day. I'd like to reach my destination by mid afternoon at least.
