I am planning a trip for 2014 and am looking at a Regent or Seabourn Baltic Sea cruise or a Uniworld riverboat cruise in Germany and Austria. I would love to hear from anyone who has experienced either of the two. Very hard to decide...both look like fabulous trips!

First of all what do you mean Germany and Austria ?
Where are you starting from and where are you ending up at.?
What would be your prots of call on the Baltic Cruise.
I have done both of these, but I need more information.
