If there are 2 in your party can you buy just 1 beverage package on Oceania. I don't drink much and my husband enjoys his martinis and wine.

Really, I want to know also.
contacted Oceania about their beverage package and they said that yes a part of two may purchase 1 drink package. I usually have wine with dinner and maybe a glass wine before. Package for the 10 days run from $350.00 (beer and wine only) to 550.00 (beer, wine and spirits) seems a bit high but those bar bills can really run up. I was told glass of wine is generally $10.00 and if you buy a bottle and don't finish it, they will put it aside for your next meal. I like that....Wonder how much soda's are?
There is no charge for soda or other soft drinks.
Thanks Jeff for the info on soda or soft drinks. Yahoo!
We are going on Oceania next year. I read where you can bring on board on bottle of wine from a port and if you drink it in your cabin there is no corkage fee. Also, many travel agents do offer for booking with them an on board credit of $200 or $300 that may cover your spirits!
Unless it has changed there is a happy hour 2 for 1 everyday. You can drink in the bar or carry your drink elsewhere. We brought wine on board and paid corkage and also bought the wine of the ship. The staff kept our open bottle for the next meal. You might have to drink quite a bit to use up the drink allowance or drink the expensive liquid if you have the larger package IMO.
ReillyQ that is also written in the information I rec'd from Oceania so we might ery well pick some wine up in one of the Alaskan ports for some drinks in our cabin...
