Going on The Freedom of the Seas cruise in the spring. Does anyone know the best excursion while in Jamaica? I really would like to go to Dunn's River Falls, but would like to do something else as well. Anyone do zipling? I've read the drive to the ziplining is really treacherous, and I'm not sure it's worth it.

The rafting was cool I did that last. the zip trip was said to be dodgy. reviews cruisecritic.com snorkel trips
always a safe choice.Climbing Dunns River was the highlight beware the scammers.
I've done the zipline near Ocho Rios, and it's not my favorite. The groups are too large, and there are too many waits, but the trip is fine, but I don't know if they have established another zip course closer to Falmouth, though I suspect they have, so it could be different than the one I've done. I'm not sure you'd have time to do much more than Dunn's River Falls, though. It takes time to drive around Jamaica.
You could possibly do a horseback ride or ATV safari in addition or some other activity up at the plantation.
Right around Falmouth is the Rafting down the Martha Brae. We enjoyed that. Not rapids type rafting, more like a gondola.
In Ocho Rios, we went to Dunn's River Falls and it was just a crowded mess. The falls were beautiful, but everything else negated it's beauty.
We also went to Shaw Park Gardens, Coyabo Gardens and Mahoe Falls. Beautiful and right next to each other, so once you get there not a lot of traveling. There was no one there when we went. Loved it.
Next time, I would like to see the Green Gotto Cave and the Blue Hole.
