We've just booked a last-minute cruise on Crystal Symphony out of San Francisco on July 20th. Our flight arrives at SFO at 9:10am. Can we go straight to the terminal at that hour? Will there be any food there? Can we check our luggage when we arrive and go out to eat?
Thanks.

You probably won't actually reach the ship until at least 10:30 after you collect your luggage and get a cab. I don't know particularly about Crystal, but most ships allow passengers to start boarding around 11am. Most cruise ships use Pier 35 in San Francisco. This is down by Fisherman's Wharf, so there are dozens and dozens of restaurants nearby if you want to grab a bite to eat, though there will be lunch on board the ship as soon as you embark. You can certainly check your luggage and then walk way, but few passengers do this.
