English-speaking guide/car for shore excursions in Shanghai and Beijing

(1) Can anyone recommend a trusted tour company or specific guide for each of these two-day stops in Mar 2013? The Shanghai excursion would need to include transit to/from the ship each of two days. The Beijing excursion would require transit from ship on Day 1, hotel overnight, and return to ship at end of Day 2.

(2) Does anyone have experience using www.Tour-Beijing.com in these cities?
