Helsingborg, Sweden to Helsingor, Denmark

Our port stop is Helsingborg, Sweden and we want to get a ferry once the ship docks to go across to Helsingor, Denmark to go to "Elsinore". Has anyone done this and can give me very specifc directions from ship port to ferry and then once on the Danish side to get to Elsinore? Thanks.
